This will enable them to be assured of the high quality of ships which are free from frequent damages. Apart from the initial cost of boats, the subsequent costs should both be neglected. These include expenses on maintenance, gasoline, moorage, dry docking, and cleaning. They determine how the users will be able to keep them in optimal states. For users with low finances, those amounts to high recurrent costs should be avoided.
